Please contact us as soon as possible when you know you are in trouble.  Whether your engage our services or not, it is always advisable not to talk to any government official until, and unless, you have legal representation. You have a right under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution not to incriminate yourself, and you have a right under the Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to representation by counsel. 

     It doesn't matter whether your were arrested on state or federal charges, we can assist you in either court.

     If you were convicted already of a crime and you want to appeal that conviction, we also can assist you with your appeal, whether it is in the Connecticut Appellate or Supreme Court, or whether it is in one of the federal U.S. District Courts, or in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
